I wouldn't pay to much credence to what the clowns on CNBC Sqawk Box have to say. They deal in sound bites and generalisations...10.1% I believe they undersate their performance in reality - think century 300, Rome is dying fast, excesses are all over the place, internicine battle prevail, the pretorian Guard are the king makers...
Roll that forward to today, US is exactly that scenario...Pretorian Guard was Cheney and his henchman, leading an idiot while they got what they wanted in some of the most cynical politics ever...
Fast forward to China who are at this moment receiving the batten being handed to then by the US, so they regain the Super power position they held in the 14th century, just cycles...
Incidentally, I make sure I pay absloutely no attention to 'some analysts' and other such collective terms - these are all just a hack writing these generalisations behind the talking head...
