The company's fundamentals could not be better, good cash flow. good projects, (a bit of doubt about management handling of the paris deal hence the curent share price))

To me the answer is as I said before, the deal with the paris mountain is driving the share price down, big interests here.....
the lower the sp price the more shares they get as part of the partial payment.....
