without screenshots it is impossible to know what happened there but just as a general rule, there is a good chance to see one of the highest chunk of volume go through in the CSPA at 4.10 pm on big names like CBA BHP FMG etc... especially on big move days like what we had on BHP last night...
so what you saw at just 8000 shares parcel could just be an iceberg order where in fact the major chunk is not displayed on the screen but if there is a buyer/seller on the opposite side the big number goes through... this is very common in the opening auction where only the tip of the order is visible and not the full order... you will find this across the board almost on a regular basis...maybe something like that happened last night on bhp..
