BDTigers I can see a number of things which are possibly hampering price:
1. Dividend Yield: Distribution is 7.2c (currently) on share price of 72c = 10% vs GMG 19.6c on 90c = 22%
2. Prospectus notes GPT does not want any offshore exposure and wants to sell down assets to decrease gearing. Existing Offshore = $1.7Bn therefore distributions received will fall on sale and dependent on sale price may affect %NTA will affect $NTA.
3. B&B are not flavour of year.
4. Shake up of board is always a negative vs GMG stable board.
