Just curious could someone explain how the MGR capital raising worked to benefit holders or potential buyers of stock?
Could people that buy in post 5th Nov be able to get shares at 90 cents. Did current holders only receive that offer?
I don't understand the 0.417 for 1 accelerated non renounceable entittlement offer of Mirvac stapled securities.
Does this all help only new buyers??
Has this helped form a floor??
The price has not dropped that much after the announcement 5th November.
