At the risk of appearing uninformed is 1 UK Rio share = 1 Australian Rio share? Do the same benefits apply to both shareholders i.e. same dividend, etc?
20% is too dear a premium to pay for sentimental attachment and I would have thought that arbitrage would have ploughed down that premium by now! Duhhhh?
