Can someone please explain why, if shareholders have voted to have the SM team voted out and Mals new men voted in.....then why the former SM directors are still there, sucking from company funds.
Why are we, as shareholders paying for 2 lots of directors. From my meeting with SM at the last EGM, he said he was cutting cost to bring more profit to the company. Paying for directors that we "do not want" is hardly saving us money.
Why cant SM and company understand that they are no longer wanted, as obvious in the votes at the last EGM and resign?? Why do we need another EGM to get rid of them??
please explain...
