RE contract CFO. I posted ages ago that Steve had a contact until the end of the year. However, another poster replied and stated that because he resigned from CFO role that contact wouldn't be valid now. That is something we will never know. If the contract still is enforceable I doubt very much it would be broken by ZYL management as the payout would be too great.
