I have had a long telephone conversation with Infoseeker, and he has it on good authority that it would be appreciated if shareholders would send a written complaint to ASX in regard to the conduct of the current board.
The more shareholders that contact ASX the more helpful it will be.
In the release to ASX last week, it is stated that they (ZYL)have received the requisition calling for another EGM and would call one shortly. They have not done this.
