I'm not terribly good at navigating around sites, but I followed Infoseekers post and logged onto www.asx.com.au/supervision/complaints/company.htm
It was easy to find a link to download the "complaint" form. I found it easier to print off the form (4 pages) and fax to ASX 02 92270885.

The form was easy, just your name address and telephone no. You have to name the company Zylotech ZYL and add their address.

If you are filling out the form on behalf of yourself and not others you skip a big section and go to the complaint box and simply fill in the objections you have.
Obviously this would relate to the fact that the board promised to resign if the three new directors were appointed, but now they are refusing to resign.
You then tick a box on the final page stating that this complaint has not been sent to any other organization.
