Yes it is rather pathetic. Bantry Bay is a lawyer and he suggested that there is a time frame that the EGM has to be called after the requisition has been served. One can only assume it was served close to Mal's posting 16th March. That time would be pretty close now, so anyday now. Problem is that I just don't trust this board and had a touch of the "blues" yesterday as this senario has gone on and on, I am concerned about the amount of damage being done and the company being reduced to an empty shell. Still what do I know about such things....nothing.
