I may be corrected, but my understanding is that there was a legal mix up with the notice when egm was served and enough notice wasn't given to remove the band of 4. We could only vote on the appointment of Mal's 3 guys. It was a technicality and we could not vote on the removal of the McKay 4.

This is why another EGM is being called and there will be no stu....up - there will be adequate notice to remove the board members in question. All it takes is our vote.

As you know Admiral Chalmers stated quite clearly to ASX they would resign, but it was at their timing and Mal was unhappy with that, and took precautions and I believe it is all taken care of now. It will happen I believe on Monday. (now we have been told the band of 4 won't resign, so they will be forced out).
