if this 100k isnt a part of a margin loan, if its just the credit you can use to buy with, then it takes 3 days to clear, hence 3 days in which you have to pay for it... so as long as you don't hold it for more than 3 days, you are right... but to put 100k in one company is a fair risk if you ask me, because anything can happen in such a short space of time
