    If I am right then there is no reason for these "sellers" to sell below the price they recieved from the rights issue of 20c. In fact the price is actually sitting at 20.5 for the moment yet the sellers at 20.5 almost double the buyers at 20c??? Not manipulation in a traditional sense just insto's taking free profits.
