I presumed with the generous terms Shell got, a hand shake deal was already done...I was wrong.I presumed that the emminent Dr Igor Effimoff,ex Shell employee, had some special knowledge of Shells modus operandi...I was wrong.I presumed a one high volume day at the end of June was a indication of positive news...I was wrong.I assumed Shell was reviewing the Senegal prospects as a whole...I was wrong.So to guess that Shell may be giving a formal presentation to the Senegal govt,Petrosen and FAR as a gesture of good will to outline a plan on how to best develop a smaller size or scattered oil discovery is probably wrong as well.
