The one most salient point is Petrosens waiver as noted in the agreemnet. IMO this indeed could be the stumbling block with Shell-hence the need to address the SG govt in conjuction with FAR. IMO there is a problem here -its not all honkey dorey for Shell to spend the loot, if Petrosen are playing silly b#####rs
