please explain??, page-3

It has been an interesting and encouraging week with the progress in the share price, but can't help being cynical about the recent issue of shares to institutional and sophisticated investor clients of Blackwood Capital Limited for 3c.

From the announcement made tonight after the close of today's trading(??) ABU advises it has now issued the shares and received the funds. Incidentally the new shareholders have already made a 100% gain on the outlay!! Nice work if you can get it.

Still don't know what has happened to the results promised for August.............. It would be reassuring though if the favourable results of drilling at Broads Dam as anticipated were confirmed. Could the delay be due to a result of zilch, as before?

There also seems to be a delay on the corporate front, with no date yet announced for the Shareholder's Meeting to vote on the many corporate changes indicated since August. I wonder who is really running the ship at the moment? Does anyone have any ideas on that issue.

When the top 20 shareholders hold such a large % of the total shares on issue, there isn't much incentive to woo the smaller shareholders on the Register.

Will just have to keep second guessing, and hope this little bubble doesn't burst and the stock return to the doldrums.
