Please explian in laymans terms, page-6

I hold & hold & hold & it gets worse & worse & worse . Now we have a deep in the money (what's left of it)capital raising of 6 million - now my shares are worth 3.5 cents thanks . For such a large potential project at such a advanced stage one would have thought these sophisticated investors would be crawling over themselves to stump up a miserly 6 mill & that the underwriters would show there glowing faith in it's potential by underwriting the other 3 million. Happy to take the fees - but don't want to get stuck with the shares that overseas investors so desperately want , Yawn.
