Amazing that GMG market cap is now $500m .... half the amount of equity they raised less than 100 days ago. All the equity that was in the company prior to the cap raising has been wiped out ... and now half the new equity. The div was from cash profits. At 18c it is just amazing. This makes 1987 and 2001 look like a walk in the park. Is commercial property virtually worthless all of a sudden ?
