I've done about 250 orders with SWF, and I remember about 2-3 with lag. The shortest being under a minute, and the worst being about 5+ minutes. Those are fairly recently when ASX had some peak days and SWF was blaming IRESS.
1% with delays - not bad (and none of the orders actually failed, just locked up the cash for longer than usual).
