Given announcements made to the market over the last 6-8 months and what has actually happened in the real world, questions of governance must be asked.  It really depends on what the incumbent management do in the next 48 hours if this letter is sent, but, clearly the board of RNL have no comprehension of just how serious their position is.

Any thoughts on what would be appropriate to be put in would be helpful. I know I personally can put in a thesis.
