Hello T.M., Please watch out on sleeping pills side of things because last week my Doctor Scribed 'Deptran' for me. My Chemist supplied the Consumer Medicine Information with the script and after reading and researching the same I have held back on 'Deptran' at this stage of affairs. My Chemist said going for a long walk helps overcome depression, because it helps to make You to make you Sleep, so I'm trying that. I have also found it is necessary to keep an active interest in some hobby or sport which has nothing to do with Shares is also a help. I switched out of THR shares (taking a considerable loss) and into RBM because in the short term, this Year, RBM have more chance of producing good drilling results than THR and therefore there is some chance that I may recover some of my losses on THR. As for THR the hope there seems to be for some other company to make an offer for them. T.M. my Dear Dad who would be 109 this Year if still living , said to me to be to be VERY Careful of the Stockmarket and Banks because of what he had lived through with the 1929 Depression has recently been proven RIGHT and now it is time for the Stockmarkets to see if they can prove him wrong.
