IMO government sorting themselves out at fed level and putting in time frames of when and how to ring that bell to get this rolling with some big noise at the right time. Candidates know but just don't know when the flick will be switched. At the MNM AGM they believed with a state government election coming next year they will want this ALDP sorted soon and moving along to show they are doing something with this huge resource sitting in the valley as well as pushing these techs to lower emissions. The LV council is pushing to get the ball rolling with so much to gain for the area in terms of jobs and local business.
