IMO, both statements could be correct. When having been made at their prospective times.
Again IMO, I presume Management would contend the latter statement would be more of a reference to the supposed 'whole' funding package, rather than specifically the tranches of 6 $1mil's....even though the solely make reference to "the planned $6mil..."
That's the best I'd be able to come up with in their defense. Of course, I don't believe a bar of it.
