The market is indecisive at best. I don't know of any other stocks you might hold, but every body is in the asx for one thing only, MAKING MONEY. We are all at different stages of our quest for cash and to the best the of our ability, we make decisions based on what we know, to place our hard earned in the hands of the free market. Why some one is selling or buying NEN at this point in time is irrelevant, because no one really knows if cua lo 1 is going to be commercial until their is an announcement telling us so. From a share market sceptic.
