please help me voting !

Ok - to keep a long story short.

(After 10 calls in sum to bank, focus (neil), computershare germany, computershare australia, and a german "expert" - who was able to tell me the procedures...)

all german shareholders seem to get registered via a so called "steet name" through 2 instances resulting in JP Morgan Nominees. I'd expect this to be at least 10% of the Focus Shareholders. The process to vote is highly difficult and i am not sure if the remaining time will be enough. (the expert was very pessimisstic about that)

Mail (all postal) an Proxy Form without HIN (Where do i get this?) to the Bank holding the depot - they mail it to a clearstream ag - they should ? tell JP MORGAN how to vote...
(This could cost something my "expert" told me...)

But i have another idea and need your HELP (favourable F&B or Fitfam as they seem to share my concerns.)

Does the australian right allow to have a representive at the agm voting for you?
If yes - what is needed for this? (Copy of id card, Screenshots of Bank depots, Signed letter on how to vote?)
If this is enough - Who does plan attent this meeting?
If someone attends this meeting and is willing to vote - are you willing to be my representative?
If yes - i'd would even mobilize German Shareholders i know to send their documents to you...

please help !

PS: Another question one should ask then is - how will a representative of JP MORGEN NOMINEES vote and with how much voting power (No. of shares) ? Sounds very trustable too, doesn't it ?

PPS: Asking the question within a german board did result in ZERO! replies - obviously no one knows how to vote !
