Given the complexity of the deal and the accompanying prospectus...obviously BAM and the instos are counting on a lacklustre response from their long-suffering BBI investor base.
BBI have done little to assist their shareholders in understanding what is on offer...
The information line is hopeless as well, the operators have no innate understanding of anything....
