There is one thing I just can't understand. If HOR has so much copper in the ground, and such good prospects, why is that the SP is languishing at around 16c on just above 81 million shares?. This one has to be either a bargain or one of those sad disappointments for the holders.
I hold a few shares and I don't know whether to buy more, hold or sell.
