The other day my 7yo went to climb a tree and asked the tree if it was ok to do so .
I heard this and asked what he was doing and the reply stunned me : "Ms Such and such (his teacher) told me that trees have feelings too and that we need to ask them if it's ok to climb them before we do so ".
After I picked myself up off the grass , I told him it was not true !..............(after I apologized to the grass of course) WTF !!! Has the world gone mad ???
