Go to your Trustwallet, click on symbol in top right corner. Search for Ethereum and make sure its slider is on for it to show in your trust wallet.
I did the same when buying Moonshot yesterday. Had a minor panic attack until I realized that was why I couldn't see the them in my trust wallet.
