Hi Everyone,

As you know we have made an application to the Takeovers Panel, and as you can see in the announcement Alara has given an undertaking about the issuing of shares from the proposed 5 for 8 rights issue.

There is still probably going to be a lot of work to be done writing submissions etc in the near future, we all have our day jobs, and so we would like to now invite other shareholders to join us to help put submissions together, or be proof-readers - or to be goalkeepers to make sure that we don't miss something - particularly as I've only been an Alara shareholder for a little over a year and obviously there is a lot of relevant history that goes back a long way before then.

If you would like to help please email me/us at the email address [email protected] there are no more fees to pay - that has already been done, the Takeovers Panel does not have the power to award costs against us if we lose so there is nothing to be afraid of - but as I said we need help as we all have day jobs etc.

@Moealara - you input would be appreciated as you have been there and seen the mine etc and now that part of the world.

The more heads that are helping us the better so please join us.
