    It was more a statement than a question. Anyway, my break even is 37c and I took far too much risk with these guys so am in a similar position and understand the frustration. I will not be buying anymore as I have no confidence left in me for CQU.

    I think their hands are tied regarding news. The share price has crashed on the back of the awful finances recently reported. I suspect there is no news apart from the fact they are proceeding with the restructure and praying for some luck to keep them afloat. It doesn't look good though and I doubt ANZ will be so forgiving next review.

    Let's not forget every single time they have thought they had some good news to announce they have jumped the gun with the news and hurt themselves more when they have had to go back on it. It was interesting though, I think they have just let people assume for themselves the share buy back is now no chance rather than 'keeping the market informed'(as they stated they would). I don't recall seeing it if they did. Prior to that announcement CQU was was hitting lows of about 4c I recall.
