So when your stockholders start believing that the game is rigged and you are doing nothing to protect their interests...in this case letting the stock devalue through manipulation you are not fostering confidence in investors...you are essentially explaining to them why and how they become victims. If a stranger called your sister a prostitute and you didn't say anything in her defense...in time...the whole town would start to believe it. So it becomes incumbent on the brother, or the spokesperson in this case to speak up and clear the air with a bit of truth....quite simple in fact. That is, if you value long term investors...

Sometimes I don't think investors realise that the Board works for them and should keep the SP on an even keel both short term and long term.

Saying I love the dips, and she'll be right long term, is not discussing management's current performance. It's talking cross purposes.
