I agree, I wouldn't mind a dividend unless they need funds for LANI.

Why not pay a dividend? Holding a stack of cash just for the hell of it just lowers your return on equity. Time will tell, they are going to be flooded with cash over the next year.

10c would be nice... buyback should have happened under a buck (which they did, 5% of stock). Alternatively, they can look at rapidly expanding the pipe or accelerating HRV themselves.

Whatever happens, it's a nice position to be in. No debt and a stack of cash and future royalties.
