Hey LD,
I think you will find that a new crew have placed some of their own money into the companies and have taken control.
This will be reflected at the AGM's.
As there was a change of chairman, ie a hand over of everything, you may find that the new chairman would want to make sure that everything is correctly in place before the new mineral resource statement and other reports come out.
A little patient and you will be rewarded.
