Unsure of the source but I read here that FMS was a buy (in the first half 2013). Be interested if the poster could clarify where it came from and refresh my memory (not that it's critical to my decision making).
As far as uncertain times go, maybe, maybe not. If so, for how long? Forever? IO price and demand up down up down but mid to long it's up for both (as IO is not renewable, inflation and indexing, population growth etc.).
