It is somewhat amazing that anyone, Tsiolis or anyone else, can possibly go door to door asking people to invest in his company after a litany of failures.
Normal people would feel ashamed to approach past or future investors asking for more money to pay himself an absurd wage and see money diverted overseas to who knows where or for what purpose. This is not just a sign of someone that is shameless but mor importantly has no sense of conscience. An individual devoid of what is ethical and correct.
