No idea how you convince anyone to invest in tech that is 14 years old and was surpassed 10 years ago, the only real commercial success is in the US https://www.netgate.com/resources/articles-vector-packet-processing this is the Netlinkz product deployed by a company Netgate and they make money out of it, as its open source no one has any rights to the IP. Otherwise .net would have taken them to court years ago.
