It's the most interesting right issue that I have come across.
Pay for the rights to buy the share at a higher price than the market. Pay an even higher price for the share with the free options.
The only reason to subscribe to the rights is to give money to keep the company going while the burn rate isn't small.
Enhancing value? The management is getting me worried.
