SYA are offering rights to existing holders to; avoid dilution, and to offer us the chance to participate and buy shares with options just prior to the DFS and any offtake and other tasty morsels that will accompany it.
It’s not struggling and it’s success will not depend on our participation, though of course the extra funds are useful.
I’m getting excited by what is to come.
