I doubt very much there'll be a takeover. Why would they bother if they can get the best parts of GGY for only 6million. With the directors likely to vote for the sale and the majority of shareholders unlikely to vote, the chances for a takeover are slim.

I do hope you're right though but I hope the friend who told you about the takeover isn't the same guy that told you to buy in to GGY because of gold!!! Worst advice ever.
