Well done on taking the initiative Pustayo.
I suppose, based on that, my questions would be:
Why are we sitting here?
Why is it that communication has been so lacking, and shareholder sentiment so negative that a shareholders has to go out of his/her way to meet with a Director to get answers?
Clearly the company is not in a good way. Why is it that the Directors are asking to continue their roles/remuneration when clearly it would only serve to drain the last dribbles of cash we have in the bank?
How can they justify this?

btw 90% loss in last 12 months is nothing when you consider the losses of SHE before she became POW...... a Penny DREADFUL!
