    with so much conjecture on record dates etc - please read page 2 of the media release.

    It quite clearly states -

    Record date = 18 June
    Retail entitlement opens = 23 June

    therefore anyone on record as at 18 June is entitled to participate.

    only those who are registered SH after the TH date of 15 June are ineligible.

    clear???
