Not hard to look back at old news before freaking out and throwing speculation out there.......

"IMO a offtake and or finance agreement was on the cards and loosely in place until the DFS was produced hence the first placement to keep "the good ship THR afloat" until the DFS was produced .
I feel that maybe due to the current situation in the EU (thinking that the agreement was made with an overseas entity that was sourced due to the AIM listing) the potential partner has pulled the pin and will wait for now on the sidelines hence the need in such a short time for the second placement..."

No disrespect to Bigukraine but people will believe and make decisions on anything they read on this thread and the above is a huge call IMHO
