and that was the point of my post...if an offtake or JV/ debt finance arrangement was as close as what some have posted/thought then these "placements" wouldn't be happening....
and i would sell at 2c ?? not likely and continual dilution in dribb's and drabb's on any trading board is not a good look and the sooner something gets secured the better for all holders AMI or ASX...
