Hehe this is the silliest post I have seen in a while. I say this not because of the subject matter (which is laughable enough), but rather because of the dooms day predictions.

So Noifs, as stimulating as the 'article' was, can you explain for me the reasoning Richard Russel is using to predict this great deflationary period (because he certainly hasn't articulated this)? Unless you have referenced this article with some further reading which explains his assertions, they are purely that.
