As I understand it,we had the possibility of a deal with shougang if citic went ahead with it's deal. Clive then decides that an absorbtion into RDI would be a better idea.

If RDI's listing takes as long as I suspect, would it not make sense to continue to pursue the shougang deal and then after listing, Clive could still have his wicked way with the poor long suffering ARH faithful.

Maybe I am missing something in the confusion, but I feel if there are more long periods with nothing but delays happening then we will declne into oblivion and then he can have the whole outfit for next to nothing.
Or is that just me being cynical?
