How does that work? 350 kg of plastic vs perhaps 20,000 kg of fuel over the life of a ice car?
The good news for oil isn’t that electric vehicles will still need oil (they will need miniscle amounts) but that electrification will be a gradual process, and we need remember that light vehicles only use a fraction of a barrel of oil.

Quite a few manufacturers are offering 8 year warranties on the batteries, so I suspect they will typically last a good bit longer than 10 years. Perhaps 15 to 20?
