Not encouraging it but the Iranians will no doubt have their revenge and I’m sure they don’t mind waiting. The General was welcome in Iraq and it looks like the Americans aren’t anymore. Good to have some low risk leases away from the gulf. High oil prices don’t help if your barrels are blockaded in a war zone.
