    Santa my friends and I have been really good this year and the only thing we want (besides peace in the world)in the whole wide world is we can be led by management of good character, as you know that is somewhat rare and invaluable for success in a greedy world, so you may have to look really,really hard but please do your best,

    PS: don't worry about the Martimo if you can deliver on the management thing
